[Colorado-Talk] Pueblo chapter activities

Hi, all.  The Pueblo chapter has had several activites over the past couple
of months, however, there is another activity planned for our upcoming
chapter meeting on August 10.  

 

On Saturday, June 8, 2024, the new director of the Pueblo transit , Kent
Thompson, discussed new route changes for those who use the service.  A hub
and spoke system has been implemented which means that transfers can be made
at specific points on the routes.  Folks will no longer have to transfer at
the transit center.  These changes apply only Monday through Friday.  

 

On July 13, 2024, we held our annual picnic.  

 

On Saturday, August 1, we will have people from The Center for self reliance
who will show case technology.  

 

All of this activity takes place at Wesley United Methodist church located
at #85 Stanford Avenue.  Incidentally, our picnic sas held from noon until
approximately 2:00 p.m.  Otherwise, our regular chapter meetings start at
1:00 p.m until approximately 2:30 p.m.
