Full-block construction fencing has been removed in Block 3 (Lawrence to Arapahoe)! Moving forward, you will see small areas of isolated fencing or cones within the block while the project team and the Downtown Denver Partnership install the finishing touches on the block. This block will feature a variety of inviting public seating areas for enjoying the lively atmosphere of 16th Street! See above for examples.

Patio installation will occur after the block goes through the final steps of renovation. We are thrilled to be close to the completion of Block 3, and are grateful for your patience during construction.
