I am forwarding the below email concerning the Colfax Redevelopment Project.  I comprehend many do not reside near East Colfax Avenue.  I myself am 6 blocks from Thirteenth Avenue and own my parking spot.  I hope as many of us will review the parking plan since there is an impact to us too although we do not drive.

Thank you for contributing to the preliminary recommendations last year. Based on data and community input collected in the fall, the team developed updated recommendations and is looking for additional input.
