You're all off in the weeds. The rules will be crafted to implement the
state law that just passed. That was the post Tim made to kick off this
thread. Even though DIA is part of Denver, it will be covered by this law
and the subsequent rules, including the wayfinding provisions
My point was that depending on how the rules process goes and how
wayfinding is defined, DIA might be compliant already with its Aira
contract.
But the big takeaway is that the NFB needs to be a major contributor to
this rule process, or we could have an accommodation imposed on us that we
neither need nor want.
