Anyone in the community play mah-jongg with a group?

Have an older individual in our community, who loves playing Mahjong, and now is experiencing age related onset of vision loss.

Very upset in the loss of being able to continue to play this.

Any suggestions?

As this person is not comfortable with a smart phone, and probably not real willing to learn jaws, looking for some lower tech solutions.

 is anybody familiar with Mahjong that could be played as a solo or with a group?
