The book was published by the Junior League of Denver, inc. in 1978 and
transcribed by Barbara Angevine in 1985 through the American Red Cross in
Longmont. I don't remember how I came to have only Volume X, but it might
have been because I worked for a summer at the Red Cross Chapter downtown
doing braille proofreading, thermoforming, and other related tasks in 1990.

Yes,

Do you know who transcribed the braille cook book? Was it done in Colorado?
That is an important thing.

I can use them. If they are in braille, they can be shipped "Free Matter."

Hmmmm. I have a volume of the Colorado Cache Cookbook I'm not using. Can you
use it if it's just one volume?

I also have a Skip-Bo game nobody plays anymore.

Hello:

I am looking for artifacts for the Colorado History Museum such as games,
chess, checkers, monopoly and so on. I am still interested in many
different types of artifacts from us blind folks that tell a story. Did you
adapt something for your job? Do you have an old Braille Cookbook,? Do you
have any braille books brailled by the Red Cross? Please contact me if you
have any to contribute. Peggy Chong 303-745-0473.
