Congratulations, and thank you to all who have worked to make this happen.
It is gratifying to know that Colorado is still leading the pack on great
ideas and implementation of them.

Subject: [Colorado-Talk] Colorado ranks #1 in web site accessibility

Greetings all!

I am sharing some great news we received yesterday. When I first started
at the Governor's Office 7 years ago,

Colorado ranked 48 out of 52. Today with the help of the Advisory Board and
my team of 10, we are at number 1!!

This proves the collaborative success of the Technology Accessibility
Program and the Technology Accessibility Advisory Board.

As we all know the work is never done and moving the Government into
operationalizing accessibility completely is a slow moving effort. Many
challenges, dead ends and work arounds. we are diligently working to make
a "One Colorado for all."

I am so proud of my teams and shout out to our NFB Board members-

Colorado was ranked by an independent evaluation of our websites, mostly
based on the Colorado.gov CMS , as the most
accessible state in the country! Colorado and Vermont are much further ahead
than other states. You can read more about it in the
