Hello! This is Cynde Vaughn, your October DBAT meeting facilitator!

 

The next DeafBlind Action Team meeting will be held on the 3rd Saturday, October, 19th 2024 with a start time of 10 AM and early sign-in available beginning at 9:30 AM for any participant to allow time for assistive technology & communication access setup. A meeting invitation and reminder will be sent out the week of the meeting.  NOTE: Our monthly meeting was moved up a week due to Sign Language Interpreter availability and the Colorado Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (CRID) state conference being held on 10/26/24. 

 

Per your requests, we will have a special guest speaker, Julie Reiskin, from Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition (CCDC).  Julie will be providing training on the legislative process to include an overview and ways for individuals to become involved.

This action team is led by Colorado DeafBlind and supported by the Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition and other disability community partners.
