Here is a description of the award. The background of the award is dark brown wood with a silver plate embossed in print and Braille that states: "The Raymond W. McGeorge Award Presented to Maryann Migliorelli You inspire us with your passion, dedication and commitment. Your substantial contributions over the past several years have significantly advanced our movement and helped countless blind persons live the lives they want. We respect you tremendously, but above all else, we love you! October 26, 2024"

I was truly humbled and shocked to receive this award and am thankful for everyone who serves along side me to make this honor possible. My gratitude is boundless, and so is my energy for the work head.
