Greetings to my fellow Coloradans:
For those of you who have been waiting patiently for the Colorado
Legislative Bluebook in audio form that is generally provided by the
Colorado Talking Book Library, the audio version is not yet available.
However, there is an accessible version in PDF from the Colorado General
Assembly which you can download right now using this link:
https://leg.colorado.gov/sites/default/files/bluebook_english_2024-accessibl
e.pdf.
I have conducted a preliminary check of this file, and it appears to be
properly tagged--at least with headings that you can easily jump between
using either JAWS or NVDA.
Please bear in mind that since the entire file consist of 88 pages, it may
take around 30 seconds to load--especially if you, like me, tend to read PDF
documents using the free Adobe Reader for Windows.
Happy reading!
Kind regards,
Curtis Chong
