[Colorado-Talk] Paratransit Survey Inaccessible

Someone, please tell me I'm just an outlier and that the Paratransit Survey
is actually accessible.

They're using Qualtricks, and as far as I can tell, the questions that ask
you to drag values to rank them are completely inaccessible to Jaws/NVDA.

I've told Jake at RTD as much. I also volunteered to test any solutions they
might come up with.

Hopefully, this is just me, but I doubt it.
