Sure, I’ll give you a call later this afternoon.
By the way, Jake Stoudenmire, the “Market Research Manager” at RTD who put out the survey, got back to me this morning claiming they had made changes to make it accessible, but all they did was change the verbiage; there’s still no way to actually rank each item.
He tried to change the question to a simple multiple choice selection like the others, but this isn’t reflected on the site. He’s still working on it, apparently.
I’ll let y’all know if/when it’s fixed.

Hi Tim, I’d love to chat with you about this if you have time today. Please call me at: 720-751-0220. I believe you’re correct and in addition, I believe the survey is not actually anonymous since it requires your paratransit ID. Kind regards, Claudia.

Someone, please tell me I’m just an outlier and that the Paratransit Survey is actually accessible.
They’re using Qualtricks, and as far as I can tell, the questions that ask you to drag values to rank them are completely inaccessible to Jaws/NVDA.
I’ve told Jake at RTD as much. I also volunteered to test any solutions they might come up with.
Hopefully, this is just me, but I doubt it.
