Greetings, friends and colleagues,

Tomorrow marks the 1-year anniversary of your new NFBCO Downtown COS Chapter. Tomorrow evening at 6 pm, we celebrate by going live on Zoom and in person. We certainly hope all who can possibly join us in person will join us. We will be celebrating with free pizza and a powerful NFBCO Downtown COS Chapter agenda. It's going to be zoomarific!

Tuesday evening's agenda at Avenue 19 in the meeting room upstairs will feature special guest James Probe. James and his family are well-known to civic leaders in our town. We will be planning our upcoming bowling, we will be planning our Roadshow/resource fair on Saturday, May 17 at 10 am, we will be discussing this summers confidence camp for blind kiddos, we will talk about national convention, we will have our regular federation philosophy in 15 minutes feature, and much more including a legislative update and NFB Newsline signup time.

Some of us come a bit early to grab some food and beverages among the many choices at Avenue 19 food hall. Some of us stay after the 7:30 adjournment for food, beverages, and socializing. If you are planning a pick-up following the meeting? We will adjourn no later than 7:30. Please bring blind and low vision people of all ages and all parents and teachers of blind students with you as our guests. Remember, we are at 19 N Tejon St. If you need some assistance with transportation. We've got you covered. Call 303-929-2369 for info.
