Hello

Two things.

First, if I have folks in mind who I think might like to be captains, what is the process for that? Do you have a blurb I can send them?

Two. I hear you ride an average of 25 miles, do you ever have a group for folks who want/or need  to ride half that distance?

Hello friends!
We have posted our Eyecycle Colorado schedule, so it is time to sign up!
First to sign up are the first to ride so it is best to sign up way in advance.  Go to our website and choose your rides by contacting the ride lead.

We ask folks to bring their own water bottles and dress in either cycling shoes or sneakers. We also suggest cycling shorts, pants or skorts, especially if you are not use to the saddle. We have helmets available to borrow.

To put it in  perspective, for a 25 mile ride it is similar to running 6 miles and a 45 mile ride is like running approximately 11 miles.
 Remember running and cycling use different muscle groups, so practice in a Spin class to be prepared.

Come and enjoy the exercise, sun and fun with Eyecycle! 😊

We average about 25 to 45 miles, so make sure you are up for that. Once you have heard from the Ride Lead and confirmed to ride, please understand we hustle volunteers to  spend the day Captaining, so we ask  your consideration to cancel only if you absolutely cannot make it and if possible, let us know in advance so we can get another stoker to take your place.
