Fairfax to Jasmine affected by sanitation work.
Dear Colfax Neighbor,

We’re reaching out to inform you of upcoming construction along East Colfax Avenue, between Fairfax Street and Jasmine Street, as part of the East Colfax Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. Beginning the week of August 18, 2025, crews will be installing sanitation infrastructure in the center lanes of East Colfax Avenue. This work is expected to last approximately four weeks, with completion anticipated by September 19, 2025.

What work will happen?

  *   Aug. 18 – Sept. 19, 2025  | Sanitation installations

Important Things to Know | Traffic Impacts

  *   No left turns at Hudson Street and Holly Street during active construction.
  *   Expect lane shifts and traffic control along East Colfax Avenue.
  *   Follow all signage and flagger instructions
