[Colorado-Talk] Section 8

Hello

This weekend on Channel 9  there has been a segment regarding congress having a vote to reduce funding for Section 8 by 43%. In Colorado, that would effect over thirty-thousand people. I would be one of those folks. This reduction in funding not only effects renters, but the apartment managers.

I'm wondering if the National Federation of the Blind of Colorado-and perhaps nationally-can get behind this and try and stop the vote which is supposed to be taking place this week. If passed, changes would take effect on October 1, 2025.
