[Colorado-Talk] Access on Demand Re-enrollment

Hi All,

Just a reminder for Access on Demand users that with the new fare structure that goes into effect on January 1, you are required to re-enroll prior to January 1 to continue to use the service.

The form took me less than 5 minutes to complete; However, please note you will need the number from your Access on Demand card.
