Dear Students and Families,

Are you a blind high school student thinking about college—either this fall or in the next few years? Or are you a current college student looking for a community of blind students to ask questions and relate to? Or are you considering going back to school and find the idea slightly daunting? Join us for an exciting and informative College Readiness Seminar hosted by the Colorado Association of Blind Students (CABS)!

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Location: Colorado Center of the Blind (2233 W Shepherd Ave)
🍽️ Lunch will be provided!

This seminar is designed to help blind students prepare for a successful college experience. Whether you’re starting school next month or just beginning to explore your options, this event will cover essential topics, including:
• Getting involved in campus life
• Finding ways to finance your education
• Making classes accessible through technology
• Resources through DVR and disability offices on campus

Plus, we’ll have a fun, interactive activity for everyone to enjoy—because preparing for college should be informative and enjoyable!
