I'm sharing this Denverite article for those interested in reading it. It
offers a well-written overview of the amendments proposed by the RTD Board
of Directors during yesterday's meeting. It also highlights the striking
irony that, during the same meeting in which Civic Center Park was renamed
in honor of a disability rights activist, individuals with disabilities were
compelled to protest in order to preserve the Access-on-Demand paratransit
service.
