Hi all. I’ve released a new Rubik’s Cube solution designed for screen readers and braille displays.

Learning to solve a tactile cube is frustrating. The vast majority of guides and resources employ visual content such as images, diagrams, and videos, all inaccessible to blind cubers. Two years ago, I set out to fill this documentation hole. The result is my new book: Solve It! The Only Speedsolving Guide for Blind Cubers. It’s the first and only guide that takes blind solvers from their very first tactile cube to their first competition. Solve It! Contains everything I’ve learned: where to get a tactile cube, a beginner’s method, an overview of the advanced CFOP method, some just-for-fun cube tricks, and a guide for disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling your cube. And it’s 100% plain text, designed for screen readers and braille displays.

I hope this book opens the door for others. Cubing is fun, empowering, and mentally stimulating. It builds confidence and shows that there are no limits when you rethink what’s possible.

So why am I posting? What do I want you to do?

You could buy the book. It’s price-reduced at $1.99 until August 1 at Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Apple books, Kobo, and many other retailers. Here’s a link: https://books2read.com/u/3JY87Q

But I didn’t write this for money; I wrote it to spread the information. I’d really appreciate it if you could help me make the book available through NLS BARD by filling out the Book Recommendation form at the Library of Congress website.
