[Colorado-Talk] Page brakes with word

hi all, I am doing a online schooling for my masters and mental health counseling. I am trying to remember what the page breaks are in between pages when you’re working in word. How do you put in for example a title page and then break and then the abstract Then page break and then the document and then when you’re done the bottom for references, is there a key stroke for all that or is there somebody that could help me I would appreciate that thank you Becky Sabo.
