[Colorado-Talk] Your input is needed regarding day trips for members of Colorado Talk please read

Hello everyone,

Derrick, this sounds like such a fun idea, and I’m really glad you’re
putting it together. I do want to be clear, though, that at this time this
is not an official National Federation of the Blind of Colorado program.
This is an idea that Derrick has shared with the list, and I think this is
a great way to gauge interest and see who might want to participate.

I also want to make sure no one is under the impression that any chapter or
division of the NFB of Colorado is currently involved in planning or
managing this activity. If there is interest in developing something like
this as an official activity, we could absolutely explore bringing it to a
local chapter or to the Sports and Recreation Division so it could have
more organizational support.

I’m not saying any of this to discourage the idea at all—I just want to
make sure everyone understands that this is currently a project being
organized by Derrick and any others who choose to participate.
