[Colorado-Talk] Building website Experience

Hi,

Does anyone know how to build a website? I have not had any experience what
so ever in this.
I understand that I would need a website builder, and some space, but in
terms of accessibility, I want to understand how I can create this
independently and what goes in to the process for me on the blindness
perspective.
