Hi Paul, hope you're doing well. One thing I have noticed with most of the NFB chapters in the Denver area is that they send a notification or email on the very same day that an event is occurring. May I suggest it would be fall wiser to send it a day before as not everybody checks their emails regularly. This certainly includes myself. While I checked them daily a very often check them later in the day after the event has passed by. Please consider sending out all upcoming events the day prior to the event thank you.
