I'm not sure about the one tap; in the email I only have put in the zoom link, there hasn't been a one tap code that I've ever included with links that I send. I just put the zoom link in my emails. If you want all the one tap info, I can include next time, but when I post reminders, I just post the zoom link.

The Windows Screen Reader Primer: All the Basics and More - 5th Edition

The fifth edition of The Windows Screen Reader Primer: All the Basics and More is now out. We are making it available to you for free in Word and ePub formats. It is authored by David Kingsbury, an Assistive Technology Instructor at the Carroll Center for the Blind.

The book is meant to help beginning and intermediate JAWS, NVDA, and Windows Narrator users work more effectively with the most important PC applications. These applications include the Windows operating system, the four primary Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), popular Google applications, and the three most commonly used web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox). Cloud-based file-sharing programs such as Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive are also covered. So too is Adobe Acrobat Reader for accessing PDF files, and participating in, scheduling, and hosting Zoom meetings.

Some of the new topics in this edition are: a comprehensive checklist for setting up new computers; Word Quick Styles, an easy-to-use tool for applying different style sets to documents; scheduling Zoom meetings from the Google Calendar; Google Classroom for instructors and students; and a new chapter on useful help resources.
