[Colorado-Talk] RTD Recertification calls

RTD sent out pre recorded calls to several patrons today, indicating your
paperwork had been completed. It instructed you to call and schedule your
recertification appointment. Not only was their phone not working properly
but the voice message you were left was not valid. Unless you have recently
completed your own recertification documents and are waiting for a
scheduling message, you can ignore today's message.
