Here’s a survey from the Colorado Cross Disability Coalition regarding use of Access on Demand.

The deadline to take it is this Friday!

While I believe it’s incomplete and doesn’t address critical topics, such as how much money riders are spending now versus last year and how many riders lost access to the service during the transition to the new fare model, CCDC would appreciate your response.

The Colorado Cross Disability Coalition is conducting a transit survey concerning RTD’s Access-on-Demand service.  Your feedback is important and will help us to advocate for the best service and value for our paratransit customers. If you have utilized the system between January 1st and August 14th we would appreciate your participation.  Please fill out the survey by September 11th, 2026.  We will share and post the results on our CCDC website <http://ccdconlie.org/>  ccdconline.org and our transit partners throughout the region.
