[Colorado-Talk] Brailled It Screenings in Littletion this Week

Hey, the documentary film “Brailled It” will be screened On Tuesday, Sept.
22 and Sunday, Sept. 27 at the Littleton Alamo Draft House. Tickets are
around $7.00 and the film has open audio description and captioning. Yes,
it’s accessible and it just comes that way!



And the local angle is that CCB’s recent graduate, Chris Morgan, is
featured in the film. Chris graduated this summer from CCB and is a
freshman at Georgetown University in Washington, DC this fall. He’s
obviously an amazing Braille reader, having competed in the Braille
Challenge finals for a decade or more. He placed 2nd in 2026.

Here’s the description of the film:



Brailled It follows leading blind and low-vision Braille readers and
writers under 18 as they compete in the Braille Challenge. The Braille
Challenge, hosted by the Braille Institute, is the only international
academic competition for students who are blind or visually impaired. It
brings together the top 50 finalists selected from more than 2,000
competitors across Australia, Canada, Ireland, Kenya, the United Kingdom,
and the United States.

By placing cameras in the competitors' hands, the documentary provides an
authentic perspective on their experiences and celebrates confidence,
community, and the transformative impact of Braille.
