Service on the Mall is currently proposed to be cut in half, from 90-second service to 3-minute service. This will have a significant impact on the quality of the MallRide as a mobility option. There are 8,500 households within a quarter-mile and over 12,500 residents living within a five-minute walk. Cuts to primary services downtown, such as the 16<sup class="">th</sup><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Street MallRide, among other routes serving downtown, are detrimental to the mobility of our downtown workforce.<o:p class=""></o:p></span></div><div style="margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt;
