Tomorrow it is scheduled for 3rd (and final) Reading on<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText">the floor of the Senate. It passed Friday on 2nd Reading. If passed,<o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoPlainText">it will go to the House where Reps.
