Details about a service to remember her amazing life will be coming soon. Please keep Curtis and their family in your thoughts and prayers. Doris joined the NFB in the early 60’s and has been Curtis’s partner in the Federation all these years. She was an amazing teacher of blind children, and her work will live on forever. Her textbook on how to teach blind children is still used widely by all the various training programs. Doris leaves behind so many contributions to our movement that it is impossible to capture all of them. Please stay tuned for further details.

Warmly,

Scott

_______________________________________________
Colorado-Talk mailing list
Colorado-Talk@nfbnet.org
http://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/colorado-talk_nfbnet.org
To unsubscribe, change your list options or get your account info for Colorado-Talk:
http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/colorado-talk_nfbnet.org/blindside59%40gmail.com
List archives can be found at <http://www.nfbnet.org/pipermail/colorado-talk_nfbnet.org>
