shift southbound I-25 over South Academy Boulevard (MP 135.2), southbound I-25 over Clover Ditch (MP 131.2), and southbound I-25 over Dry Wash (MP 128.34). The traffic shifts will vary from 7 to 12 feet toward the outside and will require a nighttime single
lane closure. The traffic shifts in these three locations are to allow for crews to widen the bridge structures southbound over Clover Ditch (MP 131.2) and southbound I-25 over Dry Wash (MP 128.34) and begin the initial phases (demolition and reconstruction)
of the I-25 bridges over South Academy. There will also be daytime shoulder closures on eastbound and westbound South Academy Boulevard and nighttime left lane closures on South Academy Boulevard. Motorists should plan for lane closures, lane shifts, and striping
crews with possible traffic delays to prepare for the bridge work. <br class="">
In addition, work will continue on I-25 along a 7.5-mile segment between South Academy Boulevard and extending to the Santa Fe Avenue exit (CO 85/75). Work will take place during evening and early morning hours, with lane closures on southbound I-25 to continue
installation of permanent advance warning signs. Construction of northbound emergency pullouts (MP 129.6, 130.7, 132.7 and 133.7) with paving and barrier installation will require right lane closures on northbound I-25. </span></p>

System-Whole Safety</a><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>program has one simple mission — to get everyone home safely. Our approximately 3,000 employees work tirelessly to reduce the rate and severity of crashes and improve the safety of all modes
of transportation. The department manages more than 23,000 lane miles of highway, more than 3,000 bridges and 35 mountain passes. CDOT also manages grant partnerships with a range of agencies, including metropolitan planning organizations, local governments
and airports. It also operates Bustang, the state-owned interregional express bus service. Gov. Jared Polis has charged CDOT to further build on the state’s intermodal mobility options. </span></p>
