Next, you will be given a cane with a blind fold or “Learning Shades.” You’ll have a lesson in basic cane technique, including how to hold the cane and how to navigate around the center. You’ll even successfully negotiate the stairs. WE will come back together to answer your questions and to plan future workshops.
