The project team continues to make headway in the blocks between Tremont Place and Cleveland Place (Blocks 11-12). The team has begun planting trees and installing granite pavers in various locations on the sidewalks, signaling the start of Phase 2 work in
both blocks. <br>

Due to the unique locations of utilities in these blocks, the work sequence and construction fence layouts are different from other blocks along 16th Street during Phase 2. Many of the
