Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO), in partnership with the Fax Partnership and Mile High United Way, will open applications for the Business Impact Opportunity (BIO) Fund grant program on
<strong>Tuesday, September 2, 2025</strong>. This will be the third round of funding to support small businesses impacted by city-funded construction projects. Eligible businesses located on East Colfax Avenue between
<strong>Broadway </strong>and<strong> Glencoe Street</strong> will be eligible to apply.
