<b>January 2026 Service Changes</b>scheduled to take effect <b>Sunday, January 4, 2026</b>we want to ensure that your voice and lived experience help shape what comes next.</span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">These proposed updates are part of RTDs
<b>System Optimization Plan (SOP)</b>, a long-term effort to improve reliability, enhance accessibility, and better connect riders across our region. The changes also reflect adjustments related to the
<b>temporary pause of Phase 3 of the Downtown Rail Reconstruction Project (Colfax Avenue Alignment Reconstruction)</b>, which is expected to resume in 2026 alongside Phase 2.</span></p>

<li class="x_MsoNormal" style=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Proposed Change:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Proposed discontinuation of the Platte Valley FlexRide service.</span></li><li class="x_MsoNormal" style=""><b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Reason:</span></b><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> Due to continued low utilizationaveraging fewer than 0.6 customers per hour or approximately 8 customers per daythe service is recommended
for discontinuation. It was introduced in 2019 to replace Route 33 but has not reached sustainable ridership levels.</span></li><ul type="circle" style="margin-top:0in">
