Those programs for school kids and people over 60 already have non-discrimination and reporting requirements.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%'> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%'>The third reading has to be at least a day later. The third reading is the final reading in the House, and if it passes, it will go over to the Senate for first reading and then assignment to a committee where we\u2019ll have another hearing with testimony. After committee work in the Senate, it can go back to the Senate floor for 2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> readings. Passage on the third reading means that it can go to the Governor to be signed into law.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%'> <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%'>Things are going to be tight because the legislature ends on Wednesday, May 13 \u2013 less than two weeks away.
