Sean Seward, the Independence Market manager, will be joining us via Zoom to discuss low-tech and budget friendly ways to make your home accessible and highlighting some of the products the Independence Market sells that can help with that! Joanne Franklin, a blind realtor, will share with us some information on the home-buying process from a blind perspective and maybe some insider information! We are also lucky to have Ciara McGaughy who will share her experience and tips on apartment hunting as a blind person. This panel will be jam-packed with information, so we will begin that portion promptly at 11 AM for those who would like to attend via Zoom (but we welcome you to the whole meeting to learn what the Denver Chapter has been up to and has planned!).<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Donuts will be provided, and please <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>don’t forget that Eric is still collecting canes to bring back to refugee camps in Congo and he is also glad to accept cane tips or slates and stylus as well!
