This is the fact that many of us visually, impaired and or blind people have very limited disposable incomes , and it is quite costly for us to get out to the airport. From what I and others have read, there was not even any offer of paying for the transport to the airport. Due to the fact that this product could be very helpful to blind people, many may consider going, but due to the lack of information as well as the approximately $40 round-trip cost if using the paratransit to the airport, many people are going to just plainly say I could care less no thank you.
