Sorry for being off topic but I am trying to get some resolution to this
issue. I am a new outlook.com user. Can anyone please explain as to how a
document can be attached to an outlook.com message?

Thanks

> Dear Darian,
>
> District Days, a national mobilization effort, was a tremendous success
for national service. We've been crunching the numbers and, thanks to
national service supporters across the country, we hit our goal of talking
with members of Congress in all 50 states about the impact of national
service on their local districts and states.
>

>
> Your efforts paid off:
>
> Inspired by talking with his constituents, Massachusetts Congressman Joe
Kennedy took to the House floor to talk about the damaging effects upcoming
budget cuts will have on national service. He specifically mentioned
Jumpstart, an AmeriCorps program that serves preschool children in
low-income areas.
>
> Congressman Kennedy was not the only member of Congress inspired to take
action. In Washington State, Congressman Dave Reichert joined the National
Service Caucus after talking with his constituents. And when a member of
Congress joins a caucus, it's a statement about their priorities.
>
> In Iowa, Representative Dave Loebsack committed to speak to his colleagues
in Congress and make the case for investing in national service. This is a
critical request we need to make of our champions in Congress.
>
> All of this impact wasn't led by high paid lobbyists or political experts
in Washington, DC. It was led by passionate people like you who are willing
to speak out locally.
>
> Thank you for participating in visits, dropping off materials, sending
emails, or tweeting your members of Congress. As you can see, it's working
in a big way. Stay tuned for ways you can continue to make a difference
locally with your members of Congress.
