Well, if I were in your place, I would start by getting the blind thing out-of-the-way first. If you were first activity is sort of an icebreaker or get to know each other thing, I would ask the little if she has any questions about me and tell her it's okay to ask about my eyes. This will put her at ease instead of on eggshells. Then you can progress to what her interests are and what activities you guys could do together.

This always work for me when I was teaching and tutoring college age students. Although I never worked with children, I also use this technique with children in my neighborhood, My friends children, nieces and nephews, etc. Talking about your vision right up front relieves the pressure on both you and the other person, because the only thing society teaches us about disability is not to talk about it. Once you have eliminated this stigma, You can move on to what's really important.
