Hi,
You should be able to find them at:
www.americorps.gov
They have a section where you can apply for an account, search for opportunities, and apply for them online. I live in Greensboro, NC, and this is how I found the AmeriCorps program that I participated in. I am pretty sure that they have all of the AmeriCorps listings there.
Hth,
Misty

  Hi

I've been trying to find out where AmeriCorps opportunities for Charlotte NC are listed. Do you know how I could find out?

  Thanks

  Debra

I sometimes find myself struggling, really wondering why get involved in community service? why do it when the people that I try to work with sometimes question my abilities instead of seeing my desire. Why keep going when some of my peers don't take the concept of community service very seriously? And then I read really uplifting stuff like this and find that there is a lot of good being done and I just want to be a part of that positive work.

I want to share this link with you all and maybe you might get where i am coming from.

   thoughts and reactions are welcomed.
