Ashley,
I think a blog entry going over all the agencies you tried and the individual reasons you were turned away, followed by finally getting a position with the agency you presently work at would be Very motivational. You may not realize that what you have here is a success story. You overcame objections, discouragement, and negative experiences; you didn't give up though, and now you're doing what you set out to do. Fantastic!
