[Community-service] Seeking ideas for thecommunityservicegroupseminar at national convention

Darian,
good question. Maybe, volunteer coordinators need training about our
abilities and ways we do things. I tried to educate them, but they seemed to
assume I may not be able to work with the database, yet they did not offer
to train or explain it to me so I could try.

Ashley,
How do you think we can turn this negative situation into a positive one
for others? how do you think we can do this so as you can go back if you
want?
You’ve had this experience and I think you would be the perfect person to
work with to start to change things
