[Community-service] Rejects?

Has anyone gotten an email indicating they were deleted due to excessive
email rejects? That happened to me about a  week ago. When I  finally
responded to the email,   I  was sent an email indicating I had waited too
long. I tried to resubscribe  this morning and the email now says I  am
already a  member. What the world?
