[Community-service] lose change Jar

Hi Debbie,
I believe that if the URL was a bad one, Jordan would not of been able to access the site in the first place.
It seems as if he is able to do so, just not to be able to find anything specifically on California.
Chris has indicated that there seems to be nothing on this particular sites about California.
