[Community-service] Community-service Digest, Vol 70, Issue 2

Do you have any solutions or recommendations for me? What can I do to prevent this in the future  members from not showing up to the convention. One of Jeremy Ellis's friends was supposed  to be a roommate with Jason Jeremy and I i've got a state convention and he didn't show up and he didn't inform Jeremy that he wouldn't going to show up until the Thursday, October 29 that night. How do I prevent this from happening in the future this does affect me as it left me strapped for cash I had to spend $35 more than I had expected to last month  I was thinking of charging like a small fee you like maybe $150 fee just like a month before just to make sure they say you know but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do but I have to prevent this from happening in the future.
