Darian, and other division members,

I am more of a lurker on this list and not officially a member of the division. But I really want to reply at this time, to tell you, how much I have enjoyed reading the posts. And that I totally am impressed with this discussion and evaluation of the mission and purposes of the division.  Way to go!

I hope it is okay. But I pasted Darian's post in our affiliate's listserve just to get some discussion going and get some members to look inward at mission and identify issues and areas.
