[Community-service] Desk/computer work

Hey everyone,
Just looking for some suggestions. 
There’s a front desk shift (volunteer) three hours per week at a yoga studio that I’d really like to do. I don’t know yet exactly what all would be involved, but I’m wondering since it’s just volunteer, they probably don’t have JAWS or something like that on computer or would want to get it. I have it on my laptop but want me to use their computer and systems. 
Just wondering how that all might work or be possible?
I’d like to be ready to discuss possibilities when I express my interest.
