Thank you so much Stacie and Maggie for all your hard work!  It was empowering, inspirational,  and insightful; and so well written!  I have saved all the profiles because they are a great resource for so many projects and programs all over the country.  I now have along list of people with expertise and experiences I can learn from.  Thanks also to the CSD Board for all that you do as well.
